We bought our first duplex back in 2017, then another in 2019. Both are long-term rentals and honestly… they continue to teach us so much about real estate, responsibility, and building ownership.

But this new property? It’s different. The timing was unexpected, but the opportunity felt just right. So we took a leap—this time into the world of short-term rentals and Airbnb hosting.

So for @widlindieujuste birthday, we traded the usual dinner and cake for sprinkles, scoops, and a sugar rush that none of us were ready for.

We took a little trip to the Museum of Ice Cream in Austin—and let me just say…
It was a vibe!

From sliding into sprinkles to dancing with bananas, and pretending we were ice cream connoisseurs—this place was like stepping into a pastel dream.

Our daughter @zaia.dream Living her best life—sampling everything including the ice cream and cotton candy.

But the best part? Watching my husband soak it all in—surrounded by sweetness, love, and a very enthusiastic toddler.
Honestly, birthdays like this? 10/10.
No fancy plans—just laughter, color, and quality time with my favorite people.
